Experienced Office Administrator / Customer Service Supervisor
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum

The company is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Customer Service Supervisor to join their busy sales team. You will need to be computer literate, well organised and able to manage your own workload, have a good telephone manner and the confidence to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. The position would suit someone who has previous experience with complaint handling and a customer service orientated background.
The role will include:
• Answering the telephone
• Deal with queries efficiently
• Communication / letters
• Resolve enquiries quickly
• Strong organisation skills
