Customer Service / Administrator
2 - 3 days Per week including some Saturday working
09:00 to 17:30
A family run friendly, flexible, caring business based in Burford who offer a range of flooring solutions for their customers.
Active Staff are asked by our client to find the right candidate to fit their business needs. This position is hands-on dealing with customers every day in the showroom, on the phone and offer a bespoke service to each and every client.
The right candidate must show an interest in the product they are offering the client, and understand that some orders could take over a year to complete due the nature of the business.
You must have excellent customer service skills, fantastic social skills, be organised in your work and enjoy working with others to see an end result, ‘think out the box’ and have some IT skills alongside an excellent telephone manner.
Daily duties will include
- Raising orders
- Ordering products
- Meeting and Greeting Customers
- Diary management for fitters and customers
- Job sheets
- Checking Invoices raising some invoices on Quick books
The Client provides you with
Kitchen onsite for breaks
Working with a small and friendly positive team.
