Marketing / Administrative Assistant

Pay rate is dependent on experience
Working for a local family run greeting cards/ gift company who have been trading for 34 years, you will be joining busy lively office on the outskirts of town.
You will need to be computer literate, well organised and able to manage your own workload, have a good telephone manner and the confidence to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. The position would suit someone who has previous experience with complaint handling and a customer service orientated background. The role will include:
- Answering the telephone
- Creating and acquiring digital content for our marketing department
- Data input onto our bespoke Digital Asset Management System
- Answering the telephone in our busy office, doing credit control and other admin duties
- Deal with queries efficiently
- Communication / letters
- Resolve enquiries quickly
- Strong organisation skills
Ideally you would have an interest in Marketing, Sales and design. Our Client is a MAC Studio and knowledge of Adobe is an advantage in this role.
